As you enter through the front door under the covered entry, the foyer greets you inside and stairs leading up to the second floor, but you must first explore all of the goodies the first floor offers. As you enter through to the main area of the home, there is a convenient flex room that can be converted to just about anything you can imagine, whether it is a nice comfortable office or a library where you can grab a nice fantasy novel and drift away into a unknown world (of course just through text). There is a convenient powder room right next door. Further into the home you will hit the spacious family room ideally located parallel to the kitchen, so snacking and Netflix become a seamless activity. The kitchen is a beauty on its own with wraparound granite countertops and a large island, making your dinner parties the most popular in your group of friends. For a nice cup of coffee in the morning, enjoy the cafe situated next to the sliding glass doors that lead out to the lanai. Head up the curved stairs to the second floor where you will find all three bedrooms. Directly ahead are two bedrooms separated by a full bath. In the back corner is the master bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet. At the back of the room is where you will find the entrance to the master bath featuring dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and an enclosed toilet, plus plenty of space to get ready in the morning and prepare for the evening.
